Our original artworks are scanned or photographed at high resolution. Our prints are then produced using high quality archival art papers and pigment based archival inks to guarantee the quality and longevity of the artwork. The end result is a high-quality art prints that will not fade over time. Finally the prints are signed by the artist and carefully packaged for delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once dispatched we will email you a dispatch notification. All UK orders are sent First Class with Royal Mail. Print orders will arrive in a flat envelope with board to protect the artwork or rolled up in a cardboard poster tube. All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail Standard International post. Please note that shipment to non UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax. Any additional charges must be paid by the customer. 


Please return any unwanted item in original condition to us within 15 days of delivery. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible to explain your concerns. We can offer a full refund, minus shipping costs, once the order has been returned to us. Commissioned, personalised, or bespoke items are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit or supplied with errors caused by our negligence.

The Drawn Together team are available for private or commercial commissions. In the past we have been commissioned to create bespoke wedding invitations, illustrations of houses, children’s books, original artworks and paintings, as well as customised or large scale prints. Please to not hesitate to contact us about your commission idea. We will get back to you with information about the process, timescale and pricing.
